Shipping & Delivery
In-stock items are shipped within 24 hours. Delivery across Turkey is completed within 1-3 business days.
Yes, we offer international shipping options. Delivery time varies between 3 and 10 days depending on the country.
The shipping fee depends on the order amount. For large-volume products, special contracted freight options are offered.

Bank transfer/EFT, credit card and corporate current account options are available.
Yes, an e-invoice is issued for all of our sales.
Discounts are applied at certain rates for payments made by bank transfer/EFT.
Warranty & Returns
All of our products have a 12-month warranty. Products with defects covered by warranty are replaced or repaired free of charge.
You can request a return for unused products within 14 days of delivery.
Products returned in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery are exchanged.
Damage caused by misuse, external intervention or user error is not covered by the warranty.
